proof of funds and draft LC and
seller responds with proof of
product and approves LC draft.

Buyer's bank issues
LC pre advice, to become operative
when the 2% performance bond is
received.

Seller's bank issues
2% PB to activate LC.

First shipment
commences 35-45 days after receipt
